Celebrities and the most eye-catching looks at the 66th Grammy Awards

The 66th Annual Grammy Awards were televised on Feb. 4, and while music is the heart and soul of this ceremony, the second best thing is the fashion! I’m a firm believer in stars being able to bring their A-game to the red carpet during award shows like these, so it’s no surprise that some of our favorites have honestly stunned us all. From simple classics to country couture, here are some of the best-dressed celebrities on the red carpet who truly brought the house down!

Olivia Rodrigo in vintage Versace

While it may have looked like a plain white dress, Rodrigo stunned in an off-white vintage Versace look complete with perfect red lips. This look is classic and timeless, and I’m obsessed with the beaded detailing that added extra texture to the dress! I also liked the styling choice to have her not wear any gaudy necklaces or bracelets because, let’s be honest, the dress speaks for itself!

Ice Spice in Baby Phat

This was hands down one of my favorite looks of the night! With the iconic Baby Phat cat logo on the back of the denim skirt, I knew this would be one of my favorites. I never thought I’d ever see a denim train, but it works so well, and Ice Spice rocked it with her faux-fur outline to bring more edge to the look. I also love that her jewelry was mainly all silver. It matched very well with the look itself; that way, we were focused on the outfit.

Coco Jones wearing Celia Kritharioti

This dress was breathtaking, and the color is just stunning! Coco Jones in Celia Kritharioti is something we needed in our lives, and I am obsessing over how light the teal color is and its sheer effect. I’m not a massive fan of dangly earrings, but Jones rocked them effortlessly and added fun to the look. With her previous outfits, we can always count on Jones to rock the red carpet, no matter the occasion or dress code!

Victoria Monét in custom Atelier Versace

Best New Artist Victoria Monét stunned with this custom Atelier Versace dress and subtle gold detailing. While I’ve been a fan of Monét’s for years, she never misses when it comes to both fashion and music, and I couldn’t be prouder of her monumental win! What I love most about this look is the jewelry and how warm-toned it was with the gold bracelet, but the standout piece was the almost-white necklace she had. Her whole look was just so gorgeous.

Lana Del Rey wearing Fred Leighton jewels

Lana Del Rey looked fabulous with this all-black moment and accompanying Fred Leighton jewels. Like Succession actress Sarah Snook, both stars have contributed to the ongoing bow trend, debuting with black dresses and bows to match. Even if people think we’re way past it now, you cannot deny the classic look! Personally, I think we should bring back gloves at formal events. It adds a sleekness to more dressed-up looks and a great detail to any outfit.

Beyoncé in Louis Vuitton

Beyoncé has never stopped exploring new clothing trends and aspires to challenge our clothing boundaries. With the star releasing two new songs in the middle of the Super Bowl, “16 CARRIAGES” and “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM,” there is much speculation that Renaissance Act Ⅱ will be a country album and that she is ushering in this new era through her clothing. With the all-leather Louis Vuitton two-piece combined with a beautiful white Stetson cowboy hat, we are optimistic that Beyoncé is preparing us for a new era of country couture.

SZA in Do Long

SZA never misses any red carpet look, and the “Kill Bill” star can never do wrong in a Do Long dress! I love the pattern on the dress and the minor black jewel detailing, which added texture to the piece. After winning big, SZA changed into a custom and hand-painted Marni dress in a gorgeous tangerine color, according to Harper’s Bazaar. Both of these looks were hands down my favorite of the night!

Every year, whether at New York Fashion Week or an award show, I enjoy seeing various fashion trends on the carpet and celebrities pushing boundaries. This allows us to see archived looks, custom pieces and where fashion is going in the next year or so. With the Oscars fast approaching on Mar. 10, we will see the acting community bring it to the red carpet and give us more iconic fashion moments!
