The Golden Globes announced the nominations for their annual awards on Monday, but left off the annual list compiled by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association were many deserving actors and projects.

Some actors that shouldn’t have been snubbed were Lupita Nyong’o for “Us,” Shia Labeouf for “Honey Boy,” Constance Wu for “Hustlers,” Zendaya for “Euphoria” and Peter Dinklage for “Game of Thrones.”

One motion picture – musical or comedy – that should have been nominated was “Cats” because of its amazing cast. “Cats” did get nominated for Best Original Song, “Beautiful Ghosts” written by Taylor Swift and Andrew Lloyd Webber.

One Best Television Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television that should have been nominated was “When They See Us” which was a limited series on Netflix. Two television shows that should have won Best Television Series – Drama that should have been nominated were “Watchmen” and “Game of Thrones.”

The nominations for Best Motion Picture – Drama are “The Irishman,” “Joker,” “Marriage Story” and “The Two Popes.”

The nominations for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy are “Dolemite is My Name,” “Jojo Rabbit,” “Knives Out,” “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” and “Rocketman.”

The nomination of Jennifer Lopez for “Hustlers” was well deserved because of her dedication to the role.

“Big Little Lies” and “The Morning Show” were nominated for Best Television Series – Drama. “Big Little Lies” is a stretch for this nomination because it's second season was solid, but not necessarily ground breaking. The “Morning Show” was deserving of its nomination, with a solid cast and strong storylines.

Jennifer Aniston's character is ruthless and mean, a departure for her. And Steve Carell deserved a nomination, but didn't receive one.

The Netflix show“Unbelievable” was nominated for Best Limited Series, as well as the actresses Kaitlyn Dever, Merritt Wever and Toni Collette. This show was unbelievable, and it was hard to watch, but it is one of the Best Limited Series ever produced. It is based on a true story and feels like a documentary instead of a series.

Joey King and Patricia Arquette are deserving of their nominations for “The Act” because it is an amazing limited series that is also based on a true series. They both portrayed their characters very well, maybe even too well.
